At Jashsoft we recognize that privacy is important. This Policy applies to all of the products, services and websites offered by Jashsoft Corp. or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies.

Information you provide - When you sign up for Jashsoft Product Updates or other Jashsoft service or promotion that requires registration, we ask you for personal information. For certain services, such as Jashsoft Store, we also request credit card or other payment account information which is not handeled by us and is taken care of by PayPal Inc. We are no way responsible for your Payment data as PayPal Inc. handles it and any queries regarding Payments have to be discussed with PayPal Inc.
Log information - When you visit Jashsoft, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit the website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request.
User communications - When you send emails to us, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.
